Returns and Refund
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your items. Our Return Policy varies depending on whether you purchased your item in store or online.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Please contact us through email at [email protected] to process your return or you can log into your account to process your return as follows:
- Locate your order
- Submit the item you wish to return
- Select the reason for return
- Request your return. If your request qualifies, you will receive a UPS label.
- Seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any UPS location.
Please return items in their original packaging. Please place footwear and handbags back in their original packaging and place in a larger box. Footwear and handbags shipped in the designer boxes must include the original box in its original condition.
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
All FINAL SALE merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE (Online Only)
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
- The refund is always credited to the original payment method
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
Our products come directly from designers from all over the world. We travel four times a year for market appointments directly with designers at their showrooms. We hand select each item that is ordered, and pride ourselves on choosing the most unique and hard-to-find pieces. Each item is 100% authentic and has been shipped to us directly from the designer. We receive new shipments of products to our store every day. Each item is thoughtfully unpacked, photographed, and placed on our floor. We strive to have these new products added to our website within 24 hours of receipt. Our online inventory is supplied through our physical store location and is updated as quickly as technology allows, so what you see on our website is available physically in our store, and vice versa. Online orders are pulled from the floor immediately, but in the rare case that something sells at the same time in store, we will send you an email with suggested alternatives or details about special ordering the piece for you, and we are always happy to refund your card if neither of those options suit you.
